🖤 PREORDER POLICY (READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

By placing an order with Boujee Mama Boutique, you agree to the following preorder terms:

✨ WHAT IS A PREORDER?
Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase. These items are specially ordered just for you after your order is placed.


⏳ PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

  • All preorder items are submitted to our vendors on Mondays
  • Please allow 3–6 weeks for processing and delivery
  • This timeframe may vary depending on vendor delays, holidays, or shipping carriers

🚨 If you need an item by a specific date, please do not order preorder items.


📦 ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

  • If your order contains both preorder + in-stock items, your order will ship once ALL items are ready
  • We do not split shipments unless additional shipping is paid

📧 ORDER UPDATES

  • You will receive updates as your order progresses
  • If you ever need an update, please contact us and we will gladly help

❌ NO CANCELLATIONS / NO REFUNDS

All preorder purchases are FINAL SALE.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

If a refund must be issued for any reason approved by Boujee Mama Boutique, it will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds will be given.


🚚 DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once your package is marked DELIVERED, we are no longer responsible for the package
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We recommend secure delivery locations
  • Contacting your local postal service.

⚠️ CHARGEBACK POLICY

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue is considered fraudulent behavior
  • Customers who file chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases

🎀 LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

At Boujee Mama Boutique, we offer local pickup for your convenience 💕

Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email, text, or message.

⏰ PICKUP WINDOW

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready.


⚠️ FAILURE TO PICK UP

Due to limited space as a small business, we cannot hold items indefinitely.

If your order is not picked up within 7 days:

  • Your item(s) may be restocked without refund
  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion
  • After extended periods (30+ days), orders will be considered abandoned and forfeited
