All preorder items have an estimated delivery timeframe of 3β6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Please note:
- Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item and sale type
- Delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timeframes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Once your order has been placed with our supplier:
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled
- Please double-check all details before purchasing (size, color, quantity, etc.)
Sizing may vary by supplier. If you are unsure of your size, we are happy to provide measurement charts when available.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9, but may vary depending on the size and quantity of your order.
π¬ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take pride in providing quality products and will never knowingly send damaged items π
If your item arrives with an obvious defect or damage:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please include photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer:
- A store credit, or
- A replacement/reorder

Once your package has been shipped and marked DELIVERED, Boujee Mama Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you experience an issue:
- Please check with neighbors and your local post office
- You may also contact the shipping carrier directly
We will always do our best to assist, but responsibility lies with the carrier once delivered.
